PRE-ORDER TIMELINE: ESTIMATED DELIVERY FALL 2026
This item is a pre-order. Production is underway, and first shipments are estimated to begin arriving in fall 2026. Every order placed today is scheduled to be in your hands before the holidays. By purchasing now, you are securing the best possible price and reserving your copy from the first print run. Orders ship in the order they were placed, so our earliest supporters ship first. You will receive email updates regarding manufacturing and shipping status as we progress.

SHIPPING REGIONS
Website orders currently ship within the United States via domestic ground from our US warehouse. International Kickstarter backers are fulfilled separately through our pledge manager, with regional details provided in the campaign.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Because this is a pre-order with a future delivery date, we understand you may move! We will send a final "Address Verification" email roughly 4 weeks before shipping begins. If you move before your game ships, simply email us at info@playparagongames.com to update your address.

COMBINED SHIPPING
If you purchase multiple items, they will ship together in a single package to reduce waste and ensure everything arrives safely at the same time.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Shipping: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the shipment notification date.
After Shipping: Once the item has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
Damaged Items: If your game arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement part or exchange.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it to you, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
