PRE-ORDER TIMELINE: ESTIMATED SHIPPING SUMMER 2026 This item is a pre-order. Production is currently underway, and fulfillment is estimated to begin in June 2026. By purchasing now, you are securing the best possible price and ensuring your copy is reserved from the first print run. You will receive email updates regarding the manufacturing and shipping status as we progress.

CUSTOMS-FRIENDLY SHIPPING We use a hub-based fulfillment model to ensure you do not pay unexpected customs fees upon delivery in key regions. Your game will ship from a local warehouse in your region:

  • USA: Ships from MOCO (Domestic Ground)

  • Canada: Ships from MOCO (No Duty)

  • UK: Ships from Zatu (Domestic Royal Mail / ParcelForce)

  • EU: Ships from Zatu (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)

  • Australia & Asia: Ships from VFI Asia (No Duty for AU, CN, HK)

Note: For regions not listed above, you may be responsible for local import duties or VAT upon receipt.

ADDRESS CHANGES Because this is a pre-order with a future delivery date, we understand you may move! We will send a final "Address Verification" email roughly 4 weeks before shipping begins. If you move before Summer 2026, simply email us at info@playparagongames.com to update your address.

COMBINED SHIPPING If you purchase multiple items, they will ship together in a single package to reduce waste and ensure everything arrives safely at the same time.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the shipment notification date.

  • After Shipping: Once the item has been dispatched from the hub, we cannot cancel the order.

  • Damaged Items: If your game arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement part or exchange.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it to you, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
